Hiring a coach with the "Physio" trait to reduce injuries or the "Likable" trait to boost team morale is a vital part of the puzzle. It’s these subtle management layers that make the game feel like a true "Franchise" mode, where the people you hire in the background are the silent architects of your success on the field.
