In December 2019, a woman fell victim to fraud: a certain attacker convinced her to install an application on her phone, which provided the fraudsters with remote access to the smartphone. The fraudster immediately took out a loan in the amount of 985 thousand rubles, and the money was immediately transferred to the stranger's account. The woman unsuccessfully tried to cancel the loan agreement and subsequently went to court. Thus, the bank itself violated the law and did not take precautions, which led to the emergence of a disputed loan.
